All our tamales are fully cooked. We suggest the following method for heating and serving.
Use a steamer or a pot with a vegetable colander placed above the water. Steam the tamales till they are hot through out. Steaming tamales will seep them moist and tasty. All other heating methods will tend to dry out the tamales.
Once tamales are hot they may be enjoyed as is or smothered in red or green chile with melted cheddar & monterey jack cheese on top.
