Food is the center of so many gatherings and can make or break your event. Different food is best for different types of events. When you are looking for a more formal setting, say a wedding, (Posa’s) is great for that too. Offering a buffet style and servers available, your party will be full of happy guests. (Posa’s) works closely with event planners to provide something delicious for every appetite. They have even been known to serve vegan fajitas! And even as a meat eater, I can say they were delicious! Every event that (Posa’s) caters is trickled with guests expressing their sheer appreciation and delight for the authentic New Mexican cuisine. A big crowd pleaser for hors d’oeuvres are the cocktail tamales. Delicious bite size (maybe two bites) little corn masa bundles filled with either the original red chile pork, green chile chicken, green chile cheese (vegetarian), or the green chile calabasita (vegan).
